stock 100% power spikes at 107%. asus tuf 3080 stock power draw 250w spikes to 310w. rtx 4080 vs 3080 @ 124% power spikes at 131% peak power draw at 366w So going from a 2080 ti with 250w power draw to a 3080 ti 350w, I would look in the neighborhood of 400w power draw with around 20-30w peak jumps
